Call the activity director or grounds management and ask them which lake is the oldest.
I did some research, and apparently all 3 are “stocked” with fish.
Most Florida stocked lakes have a mixture of fish including:
Bluegill, Carp, Bass, Catfish.
If you can’t find someone that can inform you about the age of the lake fish the lake that has the most abundant weed-growth & surrounding tree-growth. That will probably be the oldest lake and therein your “best bet” for angling.
