Free to air satellite tv, television’s equivalent to short wave radio, is definitely an up-and-coming technology that can turn your pc into a television.

The name, free to air satellite tv, can be a bit misleading, as not all of the channels available are satellite-based, but all are available to be viewed on your pc, without the hassle and monthly expense of cable or conventional satellite tv.
